however the newspaper came out defending it self claiming "We cannot talk about a violation of privacy when we publish pictures of public people in a public place. The photographs of Kate and William were bought from an international photo agency,"
The images emerged over the weekend, and according to New YorkMagazine, the British tabloid Daily Mirror said they would not look at the images, let alone run them, out of respect for the royal family.
